Excellent location, spotlessly clean ,beautifully renovated.

The lack of natural light.

Wonderful apartment - has everything that is needed even for a longer stay: clean, spacey, comfy beds, and great coffee. Good price value. The host organized additional cleaning in the middle of our stay. Top location - all the tourist places can be reached on foot.

Everything was great - only missing kitchen cloths or napkins.

Very centrally located - 5 minute walk to the Arena, Porta Leoni and Tomba di Giulietta. The property looks exactly like the pictures and was equipped with shower gel, soap, a Moka pot, ground coffee and tea and salt and pepper. It had all utensils needed for cooking and a dishwasher. As we were staying during 30+ degree weather, the AC and fan were great

Nothing really - perhaps the cooking utensils could have been a bit cleaner but that’s all.

This was a perfectly clean beautiful apartment an easy 7 min walk from the Arena. Michele had thought of everything. Oven pans, coffee pot, coffee tea, drinking water, soap, shampoo/body wash, towels, air conditioning, fan TV, ironing board and iron, kitchen roll,toilet rolls, dish washing liquid and sponge. Fridge and freezer. Bathroom has beautiful shower. The bed on upper level is super king size and the sofa bed a double. My mum daughter and I were very comfortable and would strongly recommend this apartment which is exactly as pictured. Through the wooden doors on via Rofiola you enter a courtyard and it is the last door on the left next to the garage.It was nice and quiet. From the outside door, you turn right head toward the city wall, turn right, keeping the wall on your left until the arena appears on your right. Really easy to find.
