The hospitality was top notch,the staff was amazing

We had a wonderful stay just outside Kisumu. Quiet, but still close to town. The hotel is partly still built, but we didn't see or hear any constructing. The pool is magnificent and the staff is the best you could wish for. Breakfast is a delight. We really felt like a couple of days relaxing holiday here. The hotel is surrounded by a solid wall and has 24 hour security on duty. The road to the hotel is still quite bumpy, but 2WDs and taxis go there without a problem. The room was spacious, clean and pleasant. Excellent bed and shower.

The location is great. It is a bit away from the main road but doable. Very quiet. Very private. Exceptional service provided by Charles. And the pool, very clean, very private. Restaurant nearby delivers. But small kitchen available. Overall, highly recommended!

Very well maintained, perfect for a get away or business trip. Close enough to kisumu to get involved with the city but far enough to unwind

The undone Road.

The facility was located in a peaceful environment and I enjoyed the tranquility provided by the facility. In addition the staff served us with sincere dignity.

Nothing really. The services provided exceeded my expectations.

Customer service was the best we’ve had in East Africa, and we travel often! The facilities were fantastic, room service was frequent, chef was awesome and communication was the best we’ve ever experienced. As of Jan 2024, the drive to Prime Nomads seems a bit rocky and out of the way, and when you arrive you can see a tall building that is being worked on… the rooms are behind the tall building so don’t let the roads there or the tall incomplete building confuse you. THIS PLACE IS AWESOME!

Nothing. Best experience at a hotel/apartment in East Africa. Any suggestion we had was addressed (discussed construction ideas). Some areas of the compound are under construction, but we are excited to come back and see it complete!
