Top floor No lift No hot water first day In "the middle" of the metro Athi River building sites No convenient shop or restaurant Caretaker is on site but I had to knoch him up last night No ENGLISH ON SITE KENYAN TRIBAL LANGS AND SWAHILI. Nearest decent food is Art Cafe a rough and dodgy 15 min boda ride THE AREA IS NOT REPEAT N FOR NOT COSMOPOLITAN Sad..... I was sent to Quiver for lunch by the people I was consulting with. This is a huge modern 800 seater barn that apparently woks as a night club. They have a very LIMITED African menu and no real frican beer - onle East African Breweries. I imagine on weekend nights it becomes a profane den if iniquity! The whole set up around Athi River is very clique African. Norhing there reflects the Cosmopolitan world. I saw no mahindi, arab, somali or European like myself
