Big and spacious apartment in a very good location. Everything is very close. Close distance to the underground public parking, train station, main sightseeing points, restaurants, cafe, food shop.

We stayed at this nice flat for 4 nights to visit Parma and its surroundings. The welcome by the hostess was warm and the apartment was big. We appreciated the recently renovated bathroom and kitchen, as well as the fact that the flat is facing the inner courtyard, a huge bonus considering that the street in front receives some traffic. The big asset of this flat is also its location, a 8-minute walk from the train station and the old Parma.

We would recommend not using the sofa bed because its best days are behind it. Stick to the double bed in the bedroom.

Lots of space, fantastic central location near to brilliant restaurants. Easy, safe parking close by, responsive hosts!

The mattress could be a little more supportive for our liking but that’s a subjective thing and everyone’s different!
