Francesca is very friendly and check-in went smoothly. The location of the apartment is excellent. The apartment is very spacious and has everything you need. Well equipped kitchen and aircons worked very well. Very comfortable bed. There is nothing to fault and a perfect place to come home to after a warm day out in Parma. Highly recommend!

Host was phenomenal, helped us through a medical challenge. Went way beyond expectations and continued to follow-up throughout our stay. The place is in a fabulous location, minor drawback was the lack of a view. Comfortable and clean... you'll love it.
