In particular the only thing I liked about the stay was the location, everything else was very unprofessional and unhygienic.

Well I really don’t know where to start to be honest since this booking has been a downhill battle ever since arrival. Our contact person Fatima Zahra has only been wanting to communicate through WhatsApp and not in person, we waited for 20 minutes at arrival whilst we called Fatima asking where she is at so we can get checked in. She then called a cleaning lady to give us our keys for our room which we didn’t mind, we just wanted to relax and sit down in our apartment that we booked at this point. As soon as we step in the the main room in the apartment we notice it’s filled with atleast 5-6 flies which we instantly told Ibrahim (The person in charge of the cleaning ladies and service), He then got a cleaner to come and try to remedy the situation, the only thing she brought with her was a cockroach spray which was odd since it was only flies (I then realized there were cockroaches in the kitchen drawers, hence the cockroach spray the cleaner brought) I then realized during the evening when I was grabbing some cutlery from the kitchen drawers that there were cockroaches in the kitchen drawers. And some in the bread toaster as well. So I couldn’t even cook if I wanted to. This whole situation has impacted these two days of my stay so negatively as me and my family had trouble sleeping knowing how unhygienic the apartment was. The cleaning lady had come on the first and 2nd day and no change what so ever. Also I booked this apartment for my family and I, and wanted my mom to be able to relax in her own room but when she closed the door, she wasn’t able to open it again and the door had locked itself in, so we had to call Ibrahim yet again.. We just wanted a nice relaxing vacation stay, and what we got was the opposite filled with stress and sleepless nights.

Great location. Just a stroll to many tourist sites

L’emplacement est pres des transports mais loin des commerces

Ma fille avait un lit pas du tout confortable dure comme de la pierre et les voisins très bruyants et pas respectueux des horaires de sommeil. La TV n’avait que YouTube et rien d’autre et pas de volets dans la cuisine ouverte ou ma fille a dormi dans le canapé. Et pas de lave-vaisselle

Spacieux ainsi que la propreté. L’emplacement idéal pour visiter la ville .

Il manque un volet roulant dans la cuisine du coup soleil à 7h00.

Location was very good as everything was close and had very good transport links

Bin bags so we can put our rubbish away and also was not told where we can put the bins when it's full. More toilletries. Also the mattress was very firm.
