Lux Suites Spring Garden Apartments

I had a very bad experience that you can read below. There is no security as you cannot lock the living room door, there are bed bugs in the living room, the neighbours are noisy.

At first the host was available and helpful, until I found bed bugs in the bedroom (in the bed and hiding if the headrest, see pictures). Then it became impossible to reach her neither on Whatsapp, nor via Booking. I asked for a refund, as bed bugs are a big deal; I couldn't sleep the 2nd night, as I had to check my belongings all night. She simply stopped replying to me. On top of the bed bugs situation, I've seen several small cockroaches all around the living room and bathroom. The flat wasn't very clean when I arrived (sugar spilled on the table and half a pack of instant coffee left there, dust, hairs and dirt on the floor, etc.). The safety of the flat is null since the balcony door cannot lock. Since you're on the ground floor, it's easy to come on the little balcony (anyone can jump on it) and just open the living room door. There is supposed to be a swimming pool, there was not enough water and of course if wasn't working either.

The place is very clean, cozy and comfortable.
