Clean and spacious apartment with modern interior.

Lack of host's flexibility on payment - I had to spend significant amount of time to find an ATM.

Accommodation was good

I didn't like not being able to pay by credit card. The price in local currency charged on arrival was significantly higher than the price quoted on booking.com based on current exchange rates

Everything was great! The apartment was secure, in a safe area and had all the amenities you needed. The 24 hour gym on site was the perfect addition! Keziah (the host) was very easy to communicate with and was happy to help with all my queries. She went above and beyond to make sure my stay was good - she even got me out of a bind when my accommodation fell through and I needed somewhere to stay at short notice. The apartment is comfortable and located close to everything you need. I will definitely be back the next time I am in Nairobi!

The place was as described and very spacious and comfortable. Our host was very nice and supportive and our apartment was cleaned regularly. Also we liked the additional services like the gym and outside sitting places of the compound. With the security we felt very safe. We loved our stay there and would come back any time. Thus we definitely recommend this place to everyone.

The only downside was that left and right of the apartment building there is construction work going on, so we had to deal with the noise and some dust on the balcony. But that wasn't our host's fault...

The location was very easy to access, both the building and apartment were very clean and looked as shown in the pictures. Keziah was very swift to assist however late it was thus making our stay pleasant. The kitchen was well-equipped, had a proper shower with great temperature, convenience stores are available in the area n the neighborhood is quiet and security was more than enough.

Had to wait by the guard for 20 minutes waiting for the lady to come downstairs to give the key, communication wasn't clear on accessing the bedrooms as the lady came back the next day to lock the second room. There wasn't a proper orientation given.....had to ask the lady to at least give a brief and figured out the rest for ourselves. The other thing was the construction noise that made it impossible to sleep in.

The host were great, and I loved the location.

The construction on both sides of the building was Extremely Loud. The wi-fi was not very good. We had trouble with our phones, and sometimes the TV. Last year we stayed in Westlands and for 3 weeks we had very good solid Wi-Fi at the apartment we stayed in, so the host may want to change Wi-Fi carriers.
