We like it

The studio is almost twice larger than most of hotels The beds ware very comfortable. Community kitchen had a microwave oven, we used once but we saw other people ware cooking there. So if you have children or like to cook, nice to have it. There ware 2 convenient stores and many coffee shops plus 2 wine stores near by.

You need to put your hand to activate the key pad to light up to read numbers. Instruction didn't tell us that. Also you need to pull the room door very hard to shut completely. These are miner issue once you learn. If you are visiting Seoul for the first time and don't know where to eat, you may consider that there is no concearge service like hotels have.

I like everything

Spacious room - we had enough space to open 2 large luggage and still have ample space for a toddler to play on the floor in the "living area". Bathroom was basic, but we had good water pressure and hot water Security was good as we had 3 locked doors (with different codes) to get into our room In-room facilities were great - hair dryer, washer, fridge, air-conditioning, heating were all in working order There is a 7-eleven convenience store right across, and CU convenience store just 2mins further down.

Location was on a top of a hilly estate - highly recommend to take a car/taxi to location as it was difficult to lug heavy luggage to/from location.

Good loocation, clean, good value.

the design and layout is beautiful, like a mini home away from home.

one of the 2 beds had a horrible odor, like baby vomit. luckily we had a second bed and just avoided that area, overall I liked it.
