Very nice apartment. The host was very helpful and answered all my questions. I really liked the shower, the kitchen, and the cleanliness of the place. I had a comfortable stay and would recommend it.

Понравилось все! Расположение удобное. Хозяйка очень приветливая и отзывчивая. В квартире есть все для проживания, кровать удобная, диван раздвигается, сушилка, кондёр, утюг, вентилятор, электро чайник, печка, холодильник, микроволновка, вся посуда, даже готовить в духовке можно. Вообщем понравилось все! От ж/д вокзала не далеко, двор тихий, даже подъезд чистый, рядом мини маркет, небольшой базарчик, кафешки, магазины, остановка по улицы Гоголя рядом, автобусы ходят до самого Центрального Парка Горького, рядом с домом речка Есентай есть где прогуляться. Все отлично 👍

It has everything including a small jug water filter, tea and coffee supply and everything including the appliances in the kitchen was working well.

There was no exhaust fan in the washroom and there was just a vent on one of the walls of washroom so no effective outlet for bad smell after using the washroom. Washroom was very small and too much congested as a lot of stuff was there in a small space including washing machine and a bathtub. So it was not easy to use that washroom for toilet, shower and washing clothes because of the little space left after all the things. No soundproofing was there as someone playing the piano in the adjacent house can be easily heard and even people talking with each other or someone talking at the door of adjacent house was easily heard in this apartment. Landlady of this apartment is a bit strict and go strictly by books/rules set by her for this apartment. For a checkout which was scheduled and mentioned in the booking as 12 noon she sent someone at 11:30AM for cleaning and then I had to request her that at least let me check out at the scheduled time if not later than that. Very strict about the payment in case if you extend your stay she will make sure that you pay before your time for your extended day starts.

Good location, warm and comfortable during winter.

Neighbours in the building are pretty noisy, sometimes late at night. The cost for a longer-term stay is also relatively high compared to other apartments.

Super apartment with furnished and equipped with a super owner care! Clean, bright, has everything for a comfortable stay. Located in an excellent location: shops, food market, walking distance to the city center. I recommend!

The apartment was not only clean and comfortable and quiet, but also furnished and equipped “with love”: nice carpet, matching tableware and cutlery, etc. Very nice landlady (speaking both English and German!).
