Nice and quiet place. We could let our car on the property after checking-out

Not everything was clean, kitchen stuff was very old. But good value for the price we paid. There was no swimming pool in the garden

"Would recommend this to groups or families looking for an apartment to stay, in Almaty"

Comfortable stay, cooperative and understanding owner, good housekeeping- had to be prompted once for cleaning up the rooms and providing towels and tissues, but since then we faced no issues. Convenient location in a residential area, with supermarkets nearby. Cooperative when we needed late check out, due to flight timings.

Housekeeping had to be reminded once in the beginning to clean the room.

Все отлично, чисто, единственное неудобство это отсутствие решеток на окнах, при открытых окнах залетают комары, но это не помешало получить прекрасные впечатления от посещения Алматы. Расположение отличное, в шаговой доступности все магазины, до Арбата недалеко. В общем все замечательно, отпуск прошел у нас на ура.

Нет недостатков
