"Bad service and quality, Ok location"

The location was ok.

- The dishes are little bit dirty. - the coach and bed are in bad quality. - There was no soap or shampoo. - He asked to pay a deposit of 5000 tenge that wasn't written in booking (he refunded me but still didn't like it) - I needed an invoice for my stay for my company but he didn't want to do it, he kept ignoring me.
