Almost everything was bad. When we arrived, the person in the reception offered us a different room than the one we had booked. We had reserved a room with 2 double beds + one other room with 1 double bed (for a family of 5), but they gave us 2 rooms with 1 double bed each. One of them was supposed to be better, but we didn't have enough beds for the 5 of us. They said they only had these 2 bedrooms available and after our complaints they only offered us our money back, at 18h30 and with 3 kids. No way. After half an hour of discussions, I had to sleep on the couch.

The room was spacious and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. The restaurant at the hotel was nice to have as an option and it was always empty, so service was very fast. It was quiet and fairly comfortable. It felt like we were the only people there for the first four or five days

It is pretty far from the centre (45-40 minutes walking), and there weren't many good restaurants closer than 20-30 minutes walk. A minor thing, but we stayed a week and had to ask for toilet paper almost every day as each time they just gave us one roll (I think it is better to provide enough for the length of stay from the start.)

Location fairly close to southern bus terminal…able to accommodate at the last minute

Roaches! Not big ones, but many small ones everywhere. Place needed a good clean…could be so much nicer.
