The building seemed new and everything was very clean. You have everything you need. Two bed rooms, AC , Hot water, and all. I loved the roof top with a great view.

My wife, 13 year old son, and I stayed here for 5 nights in December of 2022. We were very happy with the apartment and the communication. We like staying in a local neighborhood as opposed to a hotel. This location was tucked away from a major street amongst friendly locals. We were just a few steps away from shopping and restaurants and a short ride to Mount Lavinia beach (about 7/8 minutes on tuk tuk). If you are independent travelers like us, it is a great place to stay in the Colombo area. We were able to cook some of our own meals, and really got a tasty of an authentic neighborhood. We felt safe and comfortable. The apartment is also a great value for what you get. It was spacious and all of the important things were there: comfortable beds, working AC, working internet with good speed, shower with warm water and good pressure. Think Airbnb, but without the ridiculous cleaning fee charge. There is also a pretty cool view from the porch which was private and on the second story. We sat out there in the evenings and had drinks, looking over the neighborhood and listening to the sounds of Sri Lanka. I would recommend this to anyone who does not want to stay in a hotel.

The staff were friendly, clean and comfortable. Had all amenities and facilities a home will have. Really enjoyed the stay.

The shower was working but water was also coming out of the tap. Seemed like a waste of water. That was the only thing.

Breakfast was not included, all are good, Mrs.Niluka was very kind person
