New worst place ever. We did not think that was possible.

This place is a true health hazard and very much run down. It was extremely dirty and smelly. One person from our group of 4 refused to stay because she got astma attacks from all the dust and the terrible smell. The floor in the living room is badly damaged with holes, screws sticking out and planks sticking up. We all tripped several times and our daughter cut her foot on a nail. Bed linnen was filthy with yellow and brown spots. We did not use the kitchen because food remains from previous visitors were smeared on the kitchen top. The carpets in the bedroom have not been cleaned for years and smelled like sweaty socks. It was impossible to sleep with the door closed. There were hairs on the toilet seat and on the bathroom walls. We think that someone took a shower just before we came because everything was wet. Bidet shower in 1 bathroom was not working. Several lights were broken. In one bedroom the airco’s was not working. When we told the host this, she said we should try all the buttons. We did but nothing worked. The place is invested with ants. There was only 1 towel for the 4 of us. We had to wait for 5,5 hours before they were finally delivered to the security office. We had to go outside late in the evening to collect them ourselves. Everything in the place is either broken, dirty or both. We dared not sit outside because the seats were filthy and pillow covers were missing. My daughter begged us to please leave this horrible place but we had paid a deposit and the host refused to come and pay this back till after 08:30. So we had to wait and breath in the contaminated air of the place. We traveled to the most remote places on earth but this is by far the worst place we have ever beenh.

Would have cheaper and late checkin and early check out discount would be good if available

It was spacious, pool is nice on roof top, close to the beach over the train tracks.

I had to ask for toiletries ans bottles water as not left as stated. Aircon on living area veey noisy as per other reviews. Lack of these small details meant I rated lower than I would have done otherwise.

Nothing

No light in the main bedroom, no blanket, no toilet paper, no towels,no water bottle on our 1st day of entry luckily I booked this apartment only for 1 day.
