It was very hot inside the apartment and also inside our room, for that we couldn't sleep, it had about 35 degrees. We had lots of mosquitos as well in the room. The kitchen was not very good equipped, everything was very basic. The apartment wasn't really clean, especially the floor was more than dirty and should be cleaned with water and liquid, also the kitchen wasn't clean (the stove was full of food from other people cooking before us, the 2 offered spoon were just disgusting as the were more than dirty, the sink was smelling and was dirty too). The bathroom wasn't also cleaned before we arrived, the floor was black and the bathroom sink wasnt cleaned as well. All in all its very basic and we had much more for the price in other accommodations (better equipped kitchen, it was perfectly clean,...)

The apartment is spacious, clean and is equipped with all basic amenities you need. The kitchen is ample to prepare proper meals. The manager is very organized and helpful. Had a comfortable stay very conveniently while in Negombo, slightly away from the tourist beach but at close proximity to the city.

The apartment was very clean and hygienic also I should admit it was very reasonable for price!! we had a great day over there!

The room is very spacious and comfortable enough. The bed is big and nice for sleeping. There is a fan and a good balcony with cozy furniture. There is also a shared kitchen with everything needed for cooking, a refrigerator and a washing machine. The owner is helpful and replies very fast in case of any question. Photos of the property are accurate.

No hot water and cleanliness problems. This place could be absolutely amazing for the long term stay if pay more attention to the cleaning.
