Labai gera lokacija. Sklandus priėmimas. Butas tvarkingas, galima rasti svarbiausius viešnagei reikalingus daiktus.

Mokamas vidinio kiemo parkingas (10 eur. dienai); Bute buvo labai šalta, nors svečiavimosi laiku oras lauke nebuvo išskirtinai vėsus, bet butas buvo labai įšalęs (atrodė, kad butas buvo laikytas keliolika parų atidarytais langais). Apsistoję buvome 4 asmenys visiems miegoti buvo labai šalta. Bute jaučiamas specifinis kvapas, bet tai trukdytų tik jautresniems kvapams žmonėms.
