"Great location - cleaning, heat, parking and communication disappointing."

Location and free parking (which the neighbours said was not to use for this apartment)

Cleaning bad - fluff on floors in corners and edges, curtains hanging down, light bulbs missing from chandeliers. Cutlery and glasses not clean. Neighbours said this was not a parking space in the courtyard we had been told to use for parking. Apartment was cold and radiators not working to heat apartment. Shower cold on some times of day.

Niekas

Viskas buvo purvina - grindys, lentynos, unitazas, dušo kabina, indai. Tik vienas rankšluostis asmeniui. Butas tamsus ir nejaukus. Ant sienos priklijuotas lapelis - jei neištuštinat šiukšlių dėžės, palikit 15 eurų. Kas čia per naujovė? Ir kodėl 15 eurų? Prašykit 50 eurų, bus geresnis biznis. O blogiausia dalis - parkingas. Sako parkuokit vidiniame kieme, bet vidininiame kieme kaimynai neleidžia parkuotis. Tai jei mėgstas ginčytis ir konfliktuoti su kaimynais arba mokėti už parkingą mėlynojoj zonoj po 4,5 € už valandą - ši vieta kaip tik jums. Ir dar tualeto šepečio rankena nulūžus, bet čia jau smulkmena lyginant su kitais nepatogumais.

Хорошее месторасположение

Квартира очень сильно грязная. На полу много пыли , в душевой плесень, пустые бутылки от масла на столе . Столовая посуда была вся в жиру , масле и остатках пищи , просто грязная сложенная в шкафу, помыть ее было не чем , ни моющего средства ни новых губок ни мусорных пакетов не было , за то было объявление от владельца жилья что за собой нужно убраться либо заплатить еще 15 евро за уборку… Я после долгой дороги должна была ехать в супермаркет , покупать все моющие и перемывать посуду и столешницу … так же вопросы к банным полотенцам и постельному белью , оно все такого цвета что не понятно чистое или грязное? Коротко говоря ужас. Припарковали машину во дворе , не перекрывая выезд из паркинга - соседи начали делать фото авто и подняли дворники , хотя хозяин пишет что во дворе можно оставить машину . Мы впервые отдыхали в Литве, город и рестораны супер но квартира - кошмар.
