Good location, clean and comfortable. You have anything you need.

Maybe as a consideration A/C, flat had a fan but A/C would be awesome same as a tumble dryer.

Very comfortable location - near several shopping centres, park. Easy to get in. No risk you will not have where to park. The size of apartments was nice.

Beds and furniture a little bit worn out, but nothing bad - I've seen much worse =]
