it took quite a long time to get an answer from the landlor

Location was perfect. Few minutes to main old town market place and Christmas tree.

On arrival we had only +12°C in flat and outside was not so cold about -1°C. Radiator in living foom was only one and hardly working. It was still really cold when we woke up. We were able to heat up only one bedroom. Another one had same hardly working radiator as in living room. Bathroom was without heating and really cold. The flat itself should not be for rent in this condition: walls, ceilings, lamps, furniture, bed sheets, and towels are dirty/broken/not working. Was not nice to spend time and I would never come back. I made photo what we found on arrival. So dirty towels I never saw in rented appartments. For this price I can get clean flat in new built blockhouse. Parking was availible, but drive in gates are so narow, I was hardly able to drive in. Inside was 7 parking places for all houses around. So it is small chance for you to get your car parked.

Nice apartment for a family in a great location. Coffee shops and supermarket nearby.

Sofa/bed not so clean.

Location is perfect, city Center, close to old city. Possible to park a car on premises (didn’t use option).

Surrounding could be better, ie nicer looking. Apartment is on the second floor. Narrow stairs can be issue for some travellers.
