Really good location, lots of cafes, bars and restaurants nearby

Some bits and pieces would need better cleaning (oven for example) and changing in general (stained bedsheets, torn curtains). Nothing too critical, just aesthetically would be much more pleasing to the eye.

"Très bon emplacement, très joli studio propre"

Très bon emplacement. Proche de la vieille ville. Très joli studio. Chambre dans une cour donc assez calme par rapport aux bruits de la route. Etat des lieux propre dans l'ensemble. Clef facile à trouver.

Un peu bruit le soir (bruit de pas, porte qui claque...) mais dans l'ensemble le voisinage respecte le silence. Quelques tâches que j'ai trouvé sur mon oreiller.... Pas de chauffage, il a fait froid, il faisait 6 degrés pendant notre séjour. Echange virtuel avec le propriétaire, dommage.
