Ну во первых квартиру снимали для двух взрослых и одного ребёнка 10 лет , постельное было только для двух взрослых, бытовые приборы в ужасном состоянии, чайник пришлось отмывать от ржавчины что бы была возможность сделать чай. Все кухонные приборы не мытые в жыру как и пульты от телевизора. Все сантехнические узлы забитые , когда принимаешь душ или умываешься приходиться пробивать вручную сливные отверстия. Квартира находится на отшибе города к остановке общественного транспорта нужно идти пешком минут 10. Инструкцию по заселению скидывали с опозданием , на звонки отвечают с трудом . Хоть и одна из дешёвых оренд жилья , но лучше доплатить и снять что нибудь лучше....

Быстрая коммуникация и удобное место расположения.

Запах травки, которую курили в соседнем аппартаменте и невозможно было открыть окно. Плюс запах в аппартаментах. Грязная посуда в посудомойке . Не проходит слив в душевой.
