Jogailos Residence peaceful Old Town luxury 3 bdr, 2 bthr, FREE GARAGE, top-speed WIFI

The location is perfect, underground parking is a huge plus, the main living area, main bedroom and both bathrooms and main bedroom closet are perfect! The only suggestion - air conditioning is really needed.

Everything was cool, the apartment was well equipped. The design is very beautiful and well thought out. Very convenient location, there is a place to leave the car.

The property listing stated there were 3 SEPARATE bedrooms. There are not. There are 2 bedrooms and a study. You have to walk through the study to access the last bedroom. The bathroom is also off the study so there is NO privacy for the person in that room. Whilst I can see a new photo has been added to the listing this was not available when we booked, and the listing heading still says 3 bedrooms. If you are a larger group and want privacy be warned - you will not get what you think you are paying for. When the uncomfortable sofa beds are extended in bedroom 2 and 3 there is almost no space left to walk around the room. There is no storage or wardrobe in the 'study/bedroom'. When we arrived the property had not been properly cleaned. The rubbish bin was overflowing, there was a used drink bottle in the sink and an airer full of sopping wet laundry hanging in the balcony (it was winter, cold and raining so there was no chance of this drying meaning we could not use the balcony or the airer). We had little confidence that other cleaning and COVID precautions had been taken. We removed the rubbish ourselves and spent hours drying the wet linen. We acknowledge the property location was good, and the interior well maintained. There is some nice decor and the master suite was comfortable. Some of the kitchen cupboards are so high that once opened (with no lever to pull down) that they are unusable for someone of average height.

False advertising and poor housekeeping. Despite raising these issues immediately with both the property owner and then booking.com, neither took any helpful action (we did get a half hearted apology and offer of housekeeping to come the following day to remove the rubbish, and the suggestion that a guest sleep in the lounge room instead of the study). Despite the owner acknowledging the property is listed as 2 bedroom on other sites, plus us incurring additional costs to rent another hotel room, we got no refund or compensation. The listing has not been changed so there is a risk this can happen to others. So whilst I take no pleasure in writing a negative review, I am doing so in the hope other travellers do not have the same disappointing experience we did.

The apartment is stunning! I loved the layout of the common space - it's beautifully decorated. Walk out the door and you have tons of restaurants, grocery stores, shopping right there! Very close (short walk) to old town as well. The master bedroom was very comfortable with tons of storage. It was also very easy to take a Bolt to/from the airport. Highly recommend for your visit to Vilnius!

The two extra bedrooms have foutons/sofa beds which are not the most comfortable.

Beautiful and spacious apartment right in the city center, yet calm, silent and not too hot even on the warmest summer days. Easy and convenient parking.

Except for one double bed in the master bedroom, the rest of the beds are sofa beds which were rather uncomfortable, especially for the taller ones of us. Also one of the bathrooms does not have a shower curtain which made the rest of the bathroom continuously wet

Flawless check-in, gorgeous design, cleanliness, coziness, everything is well-thought-of.

The parking is under the building and it has a bit low clearance. I didn’t risk to park a minivan there. The bathroom door in the master bedroom is a bit too transparent.
