Great location, nothing else

The apartment is located on a busy street, so expect constant noise even at night. It seems to be still under construction because every day during my stay there were workers patching walls and doing some work - on entire floor where the unit is located. I doubt this floor is supposed to be occupied at all. There are no residents on it. There is not a single chair provided. No table either. The apartment is missing decorations which would make it look like a livable place (except for back-in-USSR floor rug). The unit has an induction stove, but the provided pan is not suitable for it. Is it a joke?? Or the owner simply doesn't care. There is a washing machine but no detergent provided, this feels cheap and unwelcoming. The host is not responsive, so don't expect any issues to be addressed. Finally, the biggest issue during my stay was... ANTS INFESTATION. They were everywhere - on my food, on my clothes, on the dishes. A cup of water left on the countertop will be filled with ants by the morning. This place is NOT safe to stay. I notified the host about the issue but they don't care. I addressed the problem to Booking.com as the unit violates health regulations.

The smell in the property was unbearable to stay, the cigarettes smell was so strong, I had to find another place to stay. The property agreed to refund for the second night but they did not refund anything and ignored calls and emails from booking.com

studio very well equipped, oven, stove, freezer, deep freezer, washing machine. studio space. good location for train and bus station. 10' from old town.

Unfortunately, the balance is ruined by several defects: - no table. only a low table, impossible to use for working, typing, etc - wifi code provided by mail was wrong - TV control complex and probably defective. no instruction provided. - bathroom radiator not working

Great modern apartment between the railway station and old town. Everything clean and comfortable.
