The large size and authentic design of the room. Very quiet. Walking distance ftom the city center. Perfect to rest.

Indications on where to park the car are not given. We were lucky to find a place in the backyard

Posizione estremamente comoda (15 minuti a piedi da qualsiasi punto del centro città al massimo) e disponibilità dell'host, oltre alla cura dell'appartamento. Per necessità di orario abbiamo chiesto se fosse possibile lasciare i bagagli in struttura e l'host, dato che non aveva ospiti il giorno stesso, ci ha permesso di tenere le chiavi dell'appartamento oltre l'orario di check-out e passare a prendere la valigia nel pomeriggio, un atto di gentilezza assolutamente non dovuto.

It is a room in a shared apartment not at all the whole place to yourself.Pictures are not what you are getting. I guess depending on the room you are getting, you might or might not get the washing machine and kitchen with a cooking place. The shower is blocked, meaning your feet are ankle deep in water whilst showering. Very loud, noise coming as well from outside as from other rooms. Also have in mind additional fees for tourists tax.

Excellent location Outstanding stay! The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and made sure every detail was taken care of. The apartment was spotless, exactly as described, and very comfortable. Truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend — 5 stars without hesitation. I just did not want to leave the space.

The room looks like in the picture, but it is like a room in a shared apartment block rather than separate flat. As a single woman who traveled this time solo, I found this highly uncomfortable and did not stay there single night. I sent my concern to landlord and landlord gaslighted me that it is first time they hear complains like that (this is not true I checked later bad comments and one of them points out exactly same thing), then landlord started convincing that it is safe for me to stay there as guests are nice (which obviously they have no idea about the guests as it is self-checkin). Smell in the flat also was horrible.

Super nice and great location. The host is so lovely and kind!
