Apartment on Kudirkos 20

The location is great! The apartment has everything you may need and it's spacious and comfortable.

Good location and easy check in and out. Comfy beds.

Needs to be refreshed ( kitchen and bathroom)

Well stocked kitchen equipment, and washing machine available.

Good location and easy to access property. Spacious living room and bedroom with nice lighting in the brick work alcoves. Memory foam bed was comfortable.

Kitchen looked tired and needed upgrading/Kitchen doors needed repainting. The kitchen sink, pots.pans, cutlery and dishes appeared greasy and needed re- washing. The kitchen work surface wasn’t big enough and the kettle was positioned in front of the microwave which wasn’t ideal. I would have preferred to have had a cooker with oven/grill as opposed to just 2 hob rings. The bathroom was dirty with visible cobwebs in the extractor fans and next to the sink. The shower cubicle was very high off the floor and was awkward to step in and out of. It would not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues. There was some chips in the tiled walls and the wooden cladding in the bathroom looked awful. From the previous reviews I would have expected a better and higher standard of apartment and it did not reflect the price paid.
