外観は古いが、中はきれいで快適でした。ソファベッドも使いやすかったです。ペット(小型犬)と一緒でしたが、部屋の中もシンプルなため、目が行きどいて良かったです。ロケーションは、最寄りの中島公園駅からは思ったより遠く感じたが、慣れてくるとススキノ、大通公園辺りは徒歩圏内なので問題なし。川沿いなので、ベランダからの眺めも良かったです。

玄関の電気がつかなかった(つけ方が分からなかっただけかもしれません)。冬なのでベランダに出ることはあまりなかったですが、網戸が外れていたので、ペットが飛び出さないか心配でした。
