The staff is helpful and prompt. Even gave us tip to a local event which turned out to be so good. Has everything you need.

Gives the impression that place is not properly cleaned. The upper bunk bed even though will not be used by us should be at least made up for the next guest. Coming into a room with the bed not made up looks really scary. Sheets feel like it's not been changed. Although well equipped, layout of place makes it looks very crowded. Hardly room to move about. Fridge was turned off and smells bad when you open it.

Location is good. Almost all the facilities supplied have meet our expectation.

There is no heating facility in bathroom. Some information/instructions given to us before checking in, for using appliances, seem not to be relevant to the real things in this property.

It was an easy, convenient location in Otaru, near some really cheap, but awesome restaurants for a quick bite if you've been driving a long distance. The apartment itself was simple, but functional.

The location of the toilet was a bit awkward, right next to the front door, but that is to be expected from a Japanese flat. Other than that don't expect 5 star facilities.

Equipped with all necessities.

1 toilet for 5 of us. Need to plan time to use toilet and bathroom. The room with 2 beds does not contain any air conditioner. Luckily the weather is not too hot and we just open the window at night for better air ventilation.

Value for money

The bed produces too much noise.
