City Studio 1A - Courtyard View

The room is clean and cosy.

There must be a problem with sewage, because it stinks heavily in the bathroom.

Everything about this place was great!

Location

there was no heating in the accommodation, we were very cold. There were 4 of us and there were only 2 blankets in total. I had to sleep in a sweater and jeans. We called the owner, but he didn't do anything about it.

I stayed with my son. I liked large windows with greenery outside, pretty quiet place during the evening & night, the bed & the sofa were good; kitchen is fine too. The surrounding area of the town was very nice; but that may be a question of taste.

If we had a washing machine it would have been useful; also, this is basically a room in an apartment; the other room was rented to other guests and we could hear them at times; but it wasn't really a problem.

A lot of space, good facilities, good location. Easy to get anywhere by public transport. 10 minutes walking to the city center.

Parking. Spent a lot of time to find a space in the neighborhood to park a car.

Quite dirty studio, dirty shower, tap in the bathroom. We had to find and then to put on the linen for the second bed by ourselves although on booking we had pointed that there would be four of us - two adults and 2 children. There was false information about free parking. This apartment block does not have any parking (free or for money) except underground parking, but the owner does not offer it. There is the parking for money near the neighbor building but only for 3-4 cars. We had arrived late in the evening and it was occupied. Capacity to leave the car close to the apartment was the crucial point for us while choosing the apartment.
