町中で繁華街が近い、

三階建ての建物の1F部分に宿泊でした。 夜２１時を過ぎても2Fから走りまわる音と 子供の叫び声がとてつもなくうるさく、 苦情の連絡を宿泊先にしたが変わらず騒ぎまわっていたので再度、苦情を伝えると担当者はメールで苦情の連絡を取ったのでそれ以上どうにもならないとふざけた回答をしてきて 結局、直接に2Fにこちらが出向いて注意しました。メールで注意した、ふざけるのも大概にしてほしい。ボランティアじゃあるまいし お金をお支払いして宿泊業をなりわいとしているのにトラブルに介入しないのは話にならない。大概にしてほしい二度と泊まりたくない宿である。あー情けない。

設備が揃っていたこと。住宅街の中にあり、静かでとても快適に過ごせました。

今回2回目でした。 一階で荷物の持ち込みも楽でした。前回は3階で持てなくて運ぶのが大変でした。

台所に細かい虫がいました。アリのような違うような？ 後はラップがあれば嬉しいです。

Very comfortable beds, clothes dryer as part of the washing machine, quiet and efficient air conditioning, digital access to the apartment, quiet and efficient kitchen hood, Youtube on TV, trouble-free wi-fi. Just a 10-minute walk from the central station with restaurants, shops and a supermarket.

Just a few small things. Small number of free electrical outlets. We lacked a wardrobe for clothes. There were only hangers behind the bed, which were harder to access.

Fair and clean facilities

Washing machine takes 4 hours to wash and dry a fair load of clothes! No laundry rack for airing and drying. Install more hanging hooks in bathroom and living room for convenient use. Not enough chairs for 4 persons, can use foldable ones. Very insufficient hangers.
