The host was really helpful - reached out to me several times and sent me detailed instructions how to get the keys. They also left us some welcome drinks (tea, cacao, bottled water) and snacks (candy bars, instant noodles). There were some oil and basic spices in the kitchen area as well - very convenient if you want to cook yourself. The place of this apartment is quite convenient - we could reach the center of the city (Odori park) by foot.

The apartment is smaller than it looks in the pictures. It might be perfect for two people, but for 4 adults it felt small and only two people got good night's sleep (the other two used a small folding bed, which was a bit hard even with an extra mattress). Air conditioner did not work properly (even though we set high temperature it was a bit cold). The electricity breaker kept popping so we could not use a microwave, water kettle and air-con at the same time. The water stream was uneven and quite weak overall.

It was a large facility. It is close to the town. A quiet location. It had good amenities if you want to cook etc.

It had a lot of items in the home that were not necessary. The combination code out the front didn’t work. I had to use a stick to hook the key out to access the property. In addition to this I had to find someone to show me how to get into the lift. The instructions provided (for me) were not clear enough.
