Hello, We stayed at this property for two nights, and unfortunately, our experience was far from pleasant — both during the stay and afterward. After leaving an honest negative review, the host began harassing us over text and phone. Upon arrival, we waited in a nearby coffee shop until the official check-in time (15:00), as we had received no prior instructions or entry code. After waiting for about 11 minutes, we texted the host. She responded with only the code — no greeting or explanation — which felt abrupt and unwelcoming. When we retrieved the key from the lockbox, the door wouldn’t open. We were confused and worried, as we hadn’t been told which apartment it was or how to enter. We called the host for help, and while she did guide us, she was clearly irritated and raised her voice on the phone. Once inside, we noticed several issues: • A strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom • Spider webs and live spiders in corners • Crumbs on the floor and inside cabinets • Windows on the terrace that wouldn’t close properly • Difficulty locking the main door securely While the apartment had a modern design, it was not clean. I recorded a video of the condition to avoid being blamed for any damage. After the stay, the host called and reminded me about the small city tax fee we forgot to leave (8 EUR), which I agreed to send via bank transfer. However, the conversation quickly turned aggressive, with the host criticizing us for our review and calling us “ungrateful.” I calmly explained that our review reflected real concerns, and she became argumentative. Eventually, she backed down from demanding the fee after I pointed out the delays and lack of instructions upon arrival. A few minutes later, she messaged me again, continuing to defend her lack of communication and trying to shift the blame onto us. She even contacted my personal phone number multiple times, which felt invasive and inappropriate. Due to the ongoing harassment, I felt unsafe and uncomfo

I wasn’t clean, toilet wasn’t working properly, no WIFI! We lost half a day because property wasn’t clean at all

- Location is okay, we knew where we're going, so we're okay to live not as close to the center. If you like sea to be next door, than it's not a place for you - Apartment looks newish, well prepared, all the things you need is here (except any type of heating in the bathroom) - Also, appartment is very spacious, so it provides a good feeling - Private parking - So basically everything is arranged so that you could live there conveniently for a few days

- Bathroom was really cold, no heater to dry the towels or anything else. Since we were running, we could barely make our outfit to dry during the night. I tried to communicate this issue to the owner, but she just suggested to turn on the general heater. Which we did, but it was too far to heat the bathroom at least a bit - Communication was abit of mix - person answering on Booking system is different to the owner who's phone number is given as a contact, so there was a bit of confusion
