Puikiai sutvarkyti apartamentai, ketvirtas aukštas, daugiabutis renovuotas. Visi patogumai. Patogi lova, nėra labai plati. Man asmeniškai per minkštos pagalvės. Šalia namo yra aikštelė automobiliui pasistatyti. Vieta rami. Netoli Vytauto kalnas, Basanavičiaus aikštė, Kultūros centras.
