Gera vieta, geras susisiekimas, netoli parduotuvės.

Blogas buto kvapas (rūkalų), blogas patalynės kvapas, paklodė buvo suplyšusi. Patalynė suruošta tik dviems asmenims. Kitos teko ieškotis patiems ir ją susiruošti. Pagalvių užvalkalų taip ir neradome. Nebuvo tualetinio popieriaus (buvo padėtas virtuvinis popierinis rankšluostis!) Butui reikalingas generalinis valymas - pilna dulkių, dėmių… nešvarūs stalo įrankiai ir indai, nešvarios spintelės. Butui taip pat praverstų ir kosmetinis remontas - sienos apibėgusios, grindjuostės atsilupinėjusios.
