Very friendly welcome. The flat is large and well equipped. Lots of snacks provided! Great base for visiting the islands as well as the city's main attractions. Near station and ferry port. Large park being renovated next door, so will be even better when that opens up.

Steep stairs to access, not a major issue though.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, nachts ist es ruhig. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und die Vermieterin ist sympathisch und hilfreich. Mehr braucht es nicht, um sich wohl zu fühlen.

Awesome location, easy access to public transport, easy access to shopping areas. Was a wonderful base for a few days. Plenty of food options within a 10 min walk of the location. Entry stairs are a bit narrow, nothing unusualy for Japan and sleeping is Japanese style tatami floor on futon.

공간도 넓고, 필요한 물품들도 모두 준비되어 있었음. 시설 및 물건도 아주 깨끗했고, 호스트의 설명도 아주 자세하고 친절했음. 시내와의 거리도 가까움.

This place is totally overpriced. We paid around 49000 yen for a night and got so dissappointed when we opened the door. It is very badly decorated, too tacky with cheap looking artificial plants and flowers, dodgy ornaments, bad taste for everything. You don't feel at home with all the personal stuffs, the landlady should remove the clutters, all the bits and bobs. The bathroom is so tiny, you cannot take a shower with comfort. If the place is appropriately priced, I would understand, but it is not at all worth the nearly 50000 yen. I highly recommend to seek elsewhere.
