Расположение в 3 минутах ходьбы от пешеходной улицы, рядом с центром города. Свое парковочное место во дворе прямо у входа в апартаменты. Предоставляются средства для стирки и гели для душа. Бесконтактное заселение, хозяин дает подробнейшие инструкции как добраться и как зайти в апартаменты. Быстрый интернет.

Помещение находится в цокольном этаже, возможно поэтому есть запах сырости, для людей с болезнями дыхательной системы это может быть проблемой, у меня астма и сырость вызвала приступ, пришлось пользоваться ингалятором. Двуспальная кровать 140 см, для людей которые любят спать «широко» это может быть проблемой. На раскладушке спать совершенно невозможно, её основание очень жесткое, ощущение, что лежишь на скамейке. Полотенца чистые, но часть из них старые и с серым оттенком.

Bardzo dobry stosunek jakości do ceny, darmowy parking pod oknem. Mozliwość kupienia wody/napojów (dostępne w lodówce). Dobra lokalizacja. Ładny wystrój, ławeczka, kwiatki :)

Mieszkanie jest w suterenie, co nie każdemu moze odpowiadać.

The place is close to the center, clean and very comfortable. The hosts are extremely helpful and friendly, and they give great directions on how to arrive and open the apartment. Highly recommended!!

Good location apartment, next to walking street. Apartment fully equiped. Not too big, rather small. Best thing is the location. Private free parking place.

This apartment boasts an unbeatable location, right in the very heart of Kaunas – and as someone born and raised here, I can confidently say that! The apartment itself is very spacious and nicely decorated, with all the necessary amenities provided. The availability of a sofa bed in the living room is a plus, and while perhaps not ideal for four adults, the apartment would comfortably accommodate two adults and a child. Despite being situated in the basement, the apartment was surprisingly quiet, with virtually no outside noise. The hosts were also very friendly and responsive, which I greatly appreciated.

The fact that the apartment is located in the basement was the main drawback, and the courtyard of the building wasn't particularly charming. However, these were minor points in an otherwise excellent stay.
