Staff/owner was responding fast when we had trouble with heater.

Its not as big as I thought. Heater was not properly working 1st day. Carpet was not too clean. Too many stuff. Balcony is not working balcony. It an outdoor small space to put aircon outdoor part. We hardlly can stand there. Overall it was just ok.

Good location. Close to Susukino but also reasonablely quiet. Everything worked. Laundry, A/C, etc. Beds were comfortable. The host was very responsive. He provided us a can opener and fixed a minor plumbing issue the the very same day we reported it.

We all noticed immediately that the apartment smelled of cigarette smoke. We now find that all our clothing reeks of it. Fortunately, after a couple days the smell is already dissipating.

Great place for families with young child. You could relax, cook and spend time there. It was walkable from the centre of the city and has good transport connections. The property is quiet and feels safe. The owner communicates clearly and is helpful. I would stay again.

Nothing in particular. Took a while to get our head around all the appliances but there is a useful instruction guide.
