Maironis 2 - Grand Apartment in the Heart of Kaunas

The property is very tightly and clean, have a huge space and well planed.

Could not find a wifi code, emailed but no reply

The staff and breakfast were great

The room was very noisy

Everything was as described. Plenty of room for 6 people, two bathrooms. Lots of light. Comfy beds. Great location. Easy communication with the host via messages

The location was wonderful.

The apartment looks the same as in the pictures. Location is great, perfect for a short stay. Can't hear the neighbours from the bedrooms. Privacy.

The place needs some maintenance. Armrests of chairs have been glued but still falling off, a small light next to the bed (drilled to the wall) was falling out of the wall in the night, no dishwashing tablets, and no wipes left, just a sponge. So if you want to clean up after yourself, you have to figure out the supplies yourself. There were no instructions left about the place, things like wifi password, where to take the trash out, all of that information you had to figure out yourself or then keep asking the host, which I feel is bothersome for both sides. I think this place was great some years ago, now it needs a little maintenance to live up to its price.

Location is very good. Coffee machine was great extra also.

Staircase to the apartment can be lethal to small children, nearly 10m drop and huge gaps in the rails. Some minor issues in the apartment; TV remote not working, lights falling off walls, bath drain stopper not working etc.
