Fantastika, ne butas. Puiki erdvė, jauku, viskas, ko reikia.

Сподобалось розташування. Чистота и приємний господар.

Єдине,що коли бронювали житло не зрозуміли який поверх. С дітьми туди сюди ходити, не дуже зручно. Якщо в оголошенні цього немає, то краще б зазначити ☺️

Didelė erdvė. Apartamentų vieta mieste.

Trūko švaros. Labai daug sulūžusių baldų/ kėdžių/ aparatų. Trūko švaros. Indaplovė su maisto likučiais. Nešvaru po lovomis. Neveikianti mikrobangų krosnelė. Nebuvo rankšluosčių kabliukų, kabyklų. Indaplovės tablečių mažiau nei reikėjo. Booking platformoje šeimininkas neatrašė į klausimą. Triukšmingi oro kondicionieriai (tikėtina senai valyti filtrai). Duše nėra užuolaidėlės, dėl to šlapo skalbimo mašina. Tualetinio popieriaus buvo palikta per mažai apsistojimo laikotarpiui. Indų ploviklis praskiestas vandeniu. Nebuvo rankų muilo antro aukšto san mazge.

Labai malonūs šeimininkai, viskas švaru ir tvarkinga, vieta tobūla!

Excellent location, literally in the backyard of the central pedestrian Laisves avenue. You do not hear or see anything of the street hustle in the apartment, but you just need to walk out of the building and around the corner to find yourself in the middle of everything. The apartment is really spacious, has 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen. The 2 bedrooms are on the upper floor, the kitchen with the living area are on the entrance floor. The possibility to park the car in the yard, right next to the entrance was a big plus for us.

I can imagine that the best days of this apartment are some 15 years in the past, when it probably hosted the Kaunas high society. That is around the time it was renovated, you can tell it from the design. Today you see a bit of wear and tear, some bruises here and there. Like a bit loose door handles on some doors, or some other few things scratched, broken, neglected and not fixed. If not these minor things, it would have been a straight 10/10. But those things are minor nuances really, overall we had great experience

Good location, size is good

Worn out rooms. Looks like 10 years without any investment. Floors, walls and furniture damaged or worn. You have to consider parking at the street (2,5€/h)as most of the parkingplaces are occupied.
