Location was very good, easy access with public transportion. Car parking area (by EuroPark) behind the building.

There were silverfish (yikes!) in the apartment, could not stay (didn’t want to spread those to my own home). Sofa bed had cigarette burns that were covered by towels when we came in, no mattress top for sofa, was hard.

Удобное заселение - ключи в ящике с кодом. В квартире есть все, что нужно. Кухня хорошо оборудована. До центра достаточно близко, можно без проблем добираться пешком. Платная парковка есть прямо под окнами

When the codes receiver, it was easy. The location of the apartment is excellent.

I did not receive the info about the codes and collection of keys automatically. I had to look for number and call myself in order to get access to the apartment. The apartment had constant smoking smell coming from the fan in bathroom. It is described to be soundproof, but it definitely is not - ongoing construction in the building was annoying + I heard every step that was done in the apartment next floor. Kitchen is with limited and outdated possibilities e.g. very old frying pan, no pot for making etc porridge or boiling eggs. Cleanliness level on average. In the bathroom the shelf was missing, only the frame.

Очень хорошее месторасположение. Всё рядом в пешей доступности. Квартира очень чистая. Тихо и спокойно. В квартире было все необходимое для проживания. Хозяина отзывчивы и всегда помогут. Спасибо большое. Нам очень понравилось.
