Apartment was super cozy, all the needed amenities were in place, host was super nice and helpful. Parking was a on the street, but there were enough of parking spots in there. And it was pet friendly.

Its out of the host part, but first night we had a homeless person staying at the top floor, near the apartment and after the night he just urinated at the floor and left, another night someone tried to break into the keybox. So if you plan staying alone, it is not the safest location to stay.
