Lovely place to stay a night or two. It had all we needed to take some time off. LOVED the bed, haven't slept that well for a long time, especially while travelling. The windows opened nicely over the town of Aluksne, since the apartment building it's located on sits on a nice hilltop.

The building itself is a little outdated and the corridor might be a little "surprise" for those not used to the Soviet-time block buildings, but the apartment itself is newly renovated and pretty. Don't let the first impression of the corridor scare you, but it's good that you are aware of it.

Really cozy and clean apartment,it has everything you need for staying. Also owner has made it home alike so staying was really nice.
