The cleanliness

Spacious. Quiet. Convenient to metro, local supermarkets, stores. The facilities inside are full, complete, good for use. The girl who takes care of the house is very nice and gave lots useful information in helping us to explore local. It is perfectly stay and I will definitely revisit if traveling this island.

We loved the space, it's really big. The separate toilet and shower was great. They have a washing machine which works wonderfully. All facilities were great. Easy to find, easy to check into. They give you amenities like tea and toothbrushes which was very nice. The price is great for such a nice reliable stay. The location is also good. 7 minute walk from a subway station, and near two convenience stores. They have a good range of kitchen tools as well. Beds were comfortable. The place stayed warm despite the cool outside, and the temperature is easily adjustable with the aircon or windows. We would definitely stay here again.

Really nice apartment, high-tech and nicely decorated. Bed was very comfortable, with plenty of extra bedding provided, and the place was quiet, so I slept very well indeed. Lots of nice little touches, like the bedroom desk that could be adjusted for height, and the variable brightness lamp. Many consumables are provided, such as hand soap and shampoo, but also washing liquid for clothes, and cooking oil, salt and pepper in the kitchen. The kitchen made a big difference - nice to be able to cook your own meals. There is a great supermarket, Max-Valu, a few minutes away, as well as a drug store and the usual 7-11s. Location was handy - 5 minute walk to the nearest subway, and then 3 stops to the central Sapporo Station, where you have shopping and transport hubs. Place felt secure, and it was easy to find and get in. There was a folder of instructions in English which explained everything from the washing machine to the air conditioning, so it was easy to use the various appliances.

Honestly, I can't think of much that needs improvement. I didn't have any problems, and I didn't want for anything.

The room so comfy, clean, very complete room equipmeny, and the staff super nice ☺️

i like everything in this apartment

The fan was dusty and I had to disassemble and clean it myself. Also, the towels were smelly.
