Excellent stay, great location, helpful host. Will come back again.

The apartment is spacious and has everything you need. It has a balcony overlooking a temple that we could not use because of the heat, but it is very large. We did use the air conditioning. The apartment is comfortable, with a bedroom, kitchen, living room and bathroom. We were greeted upon arrival to give us the keys and show us around the apartment, they were very nice. They also offered us a TV with Netflix, although we did not use it, as well as umbrellas. The location is very good, you can walk to many places and there are also subway and buses nearby. I would definitely repeat my stay there.

Excellent location, easy access to public transportation and convenience store close by. The shrine on the back of the building was a nice surprise. The person showing the site was very kind.

Great spot, very comfortable!

The apartment is absolutely lovely and it has all the commodities including washing machine which is super convenient. The location is perfect and well connected, you can either take bus/metro or walk around Kyoto. 20min from the main Kyoto station. The view from the room balcony is beautiful and you can see the closest temple. The host is really nice and will five you all the tips. I felt at home, arigato!

The room was clean and spacious. Check-in was easy and our host was very patient with us even though my Japanese isn't good. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed. It was easy to walk to the areas around Kyoto Station.
