Clean n location was convenient. There are eateries nearby.

Still prefer personal touch rather than smart gadget to check us in. Futon was comfy but a little small for 5 people if you don't mind limited space.

Place was conveniently located. Lots of shops nearby. Public transportation was easy to find and good value for money.

The checking into the property was a little challenging as the ipad wasn't working so had to touch base with the service provider. Overall I would recommend this property to friends and family.

The warmth of the cozy room, the comfort of the tatami mat, and the convenience of the excellent washing machine made our stay in Sapporo truly delightful. Though we had to buy detergent from a nearby store, it was a minor inconvenience that did not detract from the wonderful experience. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking to explore Sapporo, as it is conveniently located near Odori Park and the Prince Hotel, where the bus from the airport drops off.

Perfect apartment for family of five in Sapporo. Great location and great facilities

Location is ok. very clean and for the price we like it.

all gppd, just getting the key is a little complicated.

Near shopping street and odori park. Near combinis. Has an elevator.

Took a while in finding the room keys. The mailbox was behind a wall, left of the elevator.

A lot bigger than I was expecting and had a lot of room for 5 people's worth of big luggages. Tatamis were comfortable and toilet is separate from shower which is nice for two people to use at once. Nice balcony too for private calls.

The check in was really annoying as the internet kept breaking and we couldn't do anything but wait 5-10 minutes for it to reconnect. I think we spent 30 minutes trying to check in. Could not read messages from the host but I googled and I think it's more of a booking.com bug than a host problem.
