Falta de mantenimiento, La limpieza superficial era correcta Pero había suciedad atrasa en ventanas, cristales , aparato Aire acondicionado, escalera ….

It is spacious and clean. The house is full of everything you need. It has soap and shampoo. The climate control is reliable.

Host isn’t very responsive. The stairs to 3rd floor were difficult with large luggages. I wish that was included in the description. The phone number as advertised refers to different place. We weren’t able to use takkyubin to the place. The hand-wash soap makes the skin dry.

Very comfortable and with options for a lot of people to stay, the location is also very good considering the most common things to visit in Hiroshima.

This place is perfect. You need to go up a few stairs but that's it.

The exit and emergency light but it is a necessity for the building so not much we can do there. The stairs was tricky taking luggage up and down.

The beds were comfy, well equipped kitchen. Plenty of towels. Washer/dryer good.

Need more coat hangers and a clothes airer that’s not broken. Prior warning re stairs with suitcases.

Great location and very convenient. The property is kept clean and the owner is very accommodating.

Only negative was that the property was very noisy. It is right in front of a streetcar/tram station.

This location offers exceptional convenience, being in close proximity to the Hiroshima Shinkansen and metro, bus station, tram station, and shopping malls. Additionally, there are numerous restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The room itself is very spacious, featuring four queen-size beds and two sofa beds, comfortably accommodating up to ten people.

The main drawbacks of this unit include its location on the third floor without an elevator, making it necessary to carry heavy luggage up the stairs. Additionally, there is a restaurant on the second floor, and the cigarette smoke from its patrons can seep into the unit, creating an unpleasant odor for non-smokers like our family. If you are a smoker, the issue with the restaurant's cigarette smoke might not be a concern. Furthermore, the proximity to the tram tracks means that the noise from the trams operating late into the night and early in the morning could disturb light sleepers.

Great apartment style stay. Had everything we would need to cook but we only stayed one night. Spacious bathroom area and beds were comfy. Bit of outside noise due to it being near to a University and people traveling back at night but nothing that kept us up. Definitely didn't hear the restaurant downstairs. There was a bit of a mix-up as Google has a place with the same name next to the Hiroshima Peace Memorial so we walked all the way over there before realising it was actually right next to the train station. Definitely on us though and thankfully we had stored our bags at the previous station and were planning to go to the memorial anyway. A quick taxi ride got us back to where we needed to be but we could have walked if we didn't have little ones with us. Host had also left a map of the area with some suggested places to eat and see which we thought was lovely and helpful.

Great accommodation in a great location.

Unfortunately people from the restaurant on the floor below were smoking in the stairwell and the smell did find its way into the room during our stay.
