Room very clean and comfortable. We could find everything we needed.

It's near busy street, so it was a bit loud. But when you get used to it, it's not so bothering.

The property, although is inside a quite old building, it is renovated and offers all the comforts of a modern flat. The location is excellent, since in short distance you can go to the old town or nearby cafes, groceries and malls. The parking place is also a plus since it is a shared one but inside a safely enclosed yard. The apartment includes useful gadgets like mobile chargers and Chromecast device for the TV but also offers nice views to the park and across buildings. A nice treat was expecting us with juice, wine biscuits and chocolate bites. The double bed is extra comfortable and the property is very safe since you need to open five doors to enter of which three are locked.

The apartment is at the 4th floor and there is no elevator. The check-in process needs some improvement since you need to enter the apartment to get the parking door control and this is uncomfortable. The room has no coffee machine and no microwave. The sofa bed is not extra comfortable to sleep on, so this is a more suitable room for couples. Although, at the highest floor still during rush hours some traffic noise could come from the street if your ears are sensitive.

-exceptional attention to detail. It fel like a home away from home. Everything you could possibly need was provided :from snacks to slippers, umbrella, usb cables, all types of glasses pots and pans, etc etc - even tho it's small, it's very clean and well organized -beautiful decorations -very comfortable beds -location is right in the middle of the city, so you can visit a lot of it on foot -closed parking -well explained contactless check-in

-the building hallway was smelly -the air conditioning was a portable device that requires an open window. That means that it was always very noisy because of the massive traffic outside and also the device wasn't enough for the boiling summer of 2022 (which was probably way hotter then most Riga summers)
