Location.

The ridiculous check in time until 20:00. My flight landed at 19:40 and I was told that they cannot accommodate me after 20:00. I was forced to take a taxi for a short distance, came at 19:55 and was waiting at the door for 20 minutes for the host to come. A Very stressful experience.

The location is extremely convenient, with a Lawson right near the hotel. Everything was easily accessible. The staff also explained everything to us clearly and thoroughly.

Good location in a quiet street. I could see Kyoto tower from my window. The staff is very kind.

Not ideal for tall people like me. The bathroom and chairs are so small, but for the price and location it's acceptable.

Era nuestra segunda vez en el alojamiento ya que volvimos a kioto para otra estancia del viaje. El sitio esta muy bien ubicado respecto a la estación central de Kioto.

La ducha es completamente pequeña, no cabe una persona de lado prácticamente.
