The flat has everything inside one needs, including coffee. The center is a short walk away, the nearest big shop just one minute (you need to find a direct way through the fence)

At first glance the surroundings look like it's an old Soviet suburb, the corridors are run down. But in just one minute there's already a marvellous pond with ducks and then an old town awaits.

The apartment is very nice, clean, cozy, and well-equipped. It is conveniently located. It's quiet at night, so you'll definitely get a good night's sleep. The bathroom is flawless, and the WiFi is fast and stable. Highly recommend.

I feel it’s important to point out the issue with the ceiling lighting. Three lamps are hung too low, at just about 180 cm from the floor. A tall person will bump their head many times before getting used to it. The bed is great, but the sofa creaks and can only accommodate one person. If someone lies on one end, the sofa tips over, and you’ll end up on the floor. So, if you’re staying as a group of four, one person will need to sleep on the folding bed stored in the hallway.
