Apartment near by sea

Fabulous location just a few minutes walk from amazing beach. Good facilities in the apartment, it is well fitted out and very cozy and comfortable. Very secure location with car park facilities, outdoor area with BBQ. Very quiet area but too far from shops, restaurants and easy trip into Riga if required for sightseeing.

Front door lock Urgently needs some attention, a deep clean of the apartment would be helpful and a few broken facilities inside the apartment require fixing. Mosquito screens on the windows would help against the mosquitoes. Otherwise a great apartment in fabulous location.

Parkingas prie apartamentų, viduje yra visko, ko reikia – visi prietaisai veikia, labai arti jūros.

Nemažai dulkių, lauko durų užraktas vos veikia, didelės lempos pakabintos per žemai – trankaisi galva. Vonioje – kanalizacijos kvapas. Nebėra kondicionieriaus, o atidarius langus – daug uodų.
